I came across a comment you made on another website in which you adverted to the membership of Vox Clara. iN your list of the members you gave "Monsignor Gerard McKay (England)".
Mgr McKay is Scottish NOT English and is an adviser to and not a member of Vox Clara. He is, of course, now a judge of the Roman Rota.
Hughie - My apologies. I got the list from a Vatican press release. I combined the list of members and advisors, and I assumed that Msgr. McKay's nationality was the same as Abbot Johnson's, since they were listed in succession and Msgr. McKay's nationality was omitted.

If I might offer a further detail,I am a parishioner of Holy Family, Mossend, Bellshill in the Diocese of Motherwell, Scotland.
Mgr McKay's doctoral thesis was supervised by one of our most distinguished parishioners, Fr Clarence Gallagher SJ. Fr Clarence was Rector of the Pontifical Oriental Institute, Rome,circa 1990-95 and prior to that had been the Dean of the (Oriental) Canon Law Faculty. He was a visiting Professor at the Greg. Fr Clarence also supervised the doctoral thesis of Archbishop Michael Harvey, Prefect of the Papal Household.
